Order Processing & Notifications
- We will do everything we can to ensure timely delivery of your order.
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
- Orders placed on weekends may not be processed till Monday.
- Orders after 4pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
- Seasonality may affect processing times.
- You’ll receive an email once your order is: ready for pickup, out for delivery or shipped (with tracking number included).
Payment Authorization & Inventory Availability
- Due to our shared in-store and online inventory, all orders are subject to availability. Your payment method may be authorized at checkout and charged once your order is confirmed. If an item is no longer available, we will notify you and cancel your order and issue a refund promptly if applicable.

Shipping
- Available anywhere in the U.S.
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on delivery method and location.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
In-Store Pick-Up
- Available exclusively for those on property at Ocean Reef Club.
- Orders are typically ready the same day or within 24-48 hours.
- Need it by a specific time? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Policy
Each item is thoroughly inspected and packaged with care before leaving our boutique. Once shipped, Island Garden is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your shipment is affected, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number to file a claim.
